Dr Linda Yoon Joo Hwang (BDS, Otago)

Founder/ Director / Principal Dentist

Dr. Linda Hwang holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago and brings over a decade of clinical experience to her role as Lead Dentist at Glow Dental. Known for her calm, compassionate manner and clinical precision, she believes in doing things right the first time—focusing on practical, efficient treatment plans that stand the test of time.

While Linda continues to provide general dental care, her primary clinical focus is on more complex treatments, including wisdom tooth extractions, implant dentistry, and Invisalign. She currently places implants using digital technology and minimally invasive techniques to deliver precise results with a smoother recovery experience. Linda is also undertaking further training to expand her scope and manage more complex surgical cases, allowing her to offer a wider range of implant solutions to her patients. IV sedation services will also be available soon, enabling her to care for patients with dental anxiety more comfortably.

Dr. Linda welcomes new adult patients for both general and advanced dental care, and accepts referrals for procedures such as implant treatment, surgical extractions, and Invisalign. While she no longer sees patients under 18, her trusted colleagues—Dr. Yasman (Dentist) and Saman (Hygienist/Therapist)—are available to care for younger patients with the same commitment to patient-centred care.
